David W. Faulkner, P.E. is the Founder and President of Faulkner Engineering Services, Inc. He has over 37 years of experience specializing in geotechnical engineering and construction materials testing services for commercial, industrial, transportation and residential sectors. Currently he is responsible for providing strategic planning and managing business growth.
David is a graduate of the University of Arizona with a BS degree in Geological Engineering. He is a registered professional engineer in Florida and New Mexico.

John R. Gregos is the Vice President of Faulkner Engineering Services, Inc. He has over 25 years of expertise in construction materials testing and inspection services for commercial, industrial, transportation and residential sectors. John develops client-representative relationships and leads our CMT team of Professional Engineers, Staff Professionals, Project Coordinators, Field Supervisor, and Engineering Technicians. He is a licensed Special Inspector.
John is a graduate of the University of South Florida with a BS degree in Civil Engineering. He is a registered Professional Engineer in Florida.
Pavan Kolukula, P.E.

Pavan K. Kolukula is a Senior Geotechnical Engineer with Faulkner Engineering Services. He has over 17 years of experience specializing in subsurface investigations for residential and commercial development projects, shallow and deep foundation design, ground modification and improvement, slope stability and seepage analysis, design and construction of earthen embankments, seepage barriers (soil-bentonite, cement bentonite slurry wall), retaining structures, gypsum stacks, cooling ponds, and water control structures, sinkhole investigations and remediation, and design of wetland recharge systems for phosphate mining. Pavan manages the geotechnical engineering projects and directs the field and office staff.
Pavan earned a Master’s degree in Geotechnical Engineering from the University of South Carolina and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Nagarjuna University (India). He is a registered Professional Engineer in Florida and Arizona.

Erik Reinbolt is a Staff Professional with Faulkner Engineering Services, Inc. He has nearly 5 years of experience specializing in construction materials testing and inspection services. He has worked on residential, commercial, and Florida Department of Transportation projects. Erik performs CMT project site visits, inspections and concrete testing.
Erik graduated from the University of South Florida with a BS degree in Civil Engineering. He is a qualified stormwater management inspector and CTQP concrete inspector.
JOSH GOLUB

Josh began as a field technician at Faulkner Engineering Services, Inc. while working on his undergraduate degree at USF. He spent years in the field doing CMT and FDOT inspections, and then moved into the office to do project management and proposals. He is currently building an in-house geophysical department to work in conjunction with the geotechnical department. He has introduced Ground Penetrating Radar and Electrical Resistivity Tomography to our list of services.
Josh received his BS in Geology from the University of South Florida. He is currently pursuing a Masters Degree in Geology at the University of South Florida.
DARBY V. TINSON

Darby V. Tinson is the Laboratory Manager with Faulkner Engineering Services, Inc. She has over 4 years of experience in construction materials testing (laboratory and field), data analysis, geotechnical engineering and environmental monitoring. Darby has been trained with the North Carolina Department of Transportation prior to working on Florida’s Department of Transportation laboratory samples. She is qualified in ACI and CTQP to perform soil classification, American Standard Test Methods (ASTM), and American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials Florida Test Methods (AASHTO – FM).
Darby graduated Guilford College with a BS in Geology and BA in Environmental Studies w/ a minor in integrated sciences. She has studied Hydrogeology at Clemson University and is currently obtaining her MS in Geological Sciences through Ohio University.

Adrian Jones is a Staff Geotechnical Engineer with Faulkner Engineering Services, Inc. He performs geotechnical subsurface investigations for Florida Department of Transportation, and for residential/commercial development projects. He performs laboratory testing, and designs shallow and deep foundations.
Adrian has a BS in Civil Engineering from the University of Central Florida.

Ed Mills is a Project Manager with Faulkner Engineering Services, Inc. He is certified in Nuclear Gauge Training and Safety, and has more than 23 years of field experience in construction materials testing and inspection. Mr. Mills' career to date includes projects in residential, commercial, industrial and roadway construction.
